Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Office Fit-Outs

Location: Office based in Manchester and Various locations nationwide with site vists

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus car allowance and benefits

Job Summary:
My client are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee office fit-out projects across the commercial sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, from initial conception through to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of office fit-out projects.
- Coordinate and supervise project teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all sites.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site visits and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the office fit-out sector.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
- A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Relevant qualifications in project management or construction.
