Randstad is working with a privately owned contracting and real estate development business in Adelaide, Australia in the search for a Senior Project Manager to join the business.

Reporting to the State Construction Manager, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a 12 story residential building. You will deliver the project with effective management of time, cost, safety, environment legislative, financial, industrial and quality based contract requirements, ensuring the contracted completion date is met and effective client management.

To be considered, candidates must have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Building, Construction or equivalent
  • 12+ years of experience within main contracting
  • 5+ years of experience as Project Manager
  • Experience delivering residential projects in the UK or overseas valued up to £35 million
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a project team
  • Experience managing projects with a high focus on safety, quality and environment challenges
