Our client is growing SME construction company that due to impressive growth they are currently seeking Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Bromley Kent.

They have a specialism in High End residential and the Wellness Sector. They are hugely client focused look to build strong client bonds seeing the projects from design through to completion.

Due to the Growth, they are looking for a Senior Projects Manager to join the business and report into the Construction Director.

As well as a background in High end residential construction and design and build, you will have a proven track record of delivering in Multi-site project management, Health & Safety and enjoy being in a client facing role.

Experienced in using project management tools is essential, ideally with knowledge of ProCore Software.

This role needs someone that is flexible in their approach and very proactive in following up tasks and talking with clients as well as other parts of the business. Working closely with the commercial team.

In this role you will manage your own projects and will look to manage a couple of project managers and oversee their workload as well.

This is a hybrid role but you will be expected to be in the Bromley offices 2 days a week and the rest will be onsite or working from home.
