Senior Property Manager - Mayfair

An excellent Property Manager has been created for an international prestigious consultancy client based in London. Our client, a very fast growth business has been featured in numerous newspapers and recognised to be at the forefront of this industry.

The company is in a super strong position even throughout the Covid situation.

A significant number of properties will be within Zone 1 in top tier locations, properties under management is over 120 with a total value in excess of £1.4 billion

A truly excellent role for a candidate wishing to join the company on a permanent basis. The role will be a mix of office/site based. Reporting to the head of Property Manager.

Properties are a mix of commercial and residential but a skew towards high end residential.

Responsibilities

• MUST HAVE VERY HIGH END RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE
• A solid understanding of Construction / Building Services
• Technical knowledge in Construction and fit out techniques including statutory regulations
• Understanding of current legislation such as planning, building, H&S regulations, CDM, H&S, Asbestos etc
• Property management experience would be advantageous.
• Competent IT skills
• Experience liaising with Contractors, Suppliers and Manufacturers to ensure best value & practices, working alongside the procurement team to obtain best value
• The ability to multitask and prioritise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Consultancy experience would prove useful, but not essential

Background

• A degree in Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or similar will be greatly advantageous, Qualifications such as RICS etc
• Creative thinking with a can-do attitude
• A team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
• Professional attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills
• The ability to deliver projects within strict deadlines
• Excellent time management

The client needs someone who can fully immerse themselves in this property management role, you will be handsomely rewarded with bonuses, salary increases based on performance.

WORK FROM HOME:

The client is undergoing significant growth, they do not feel working from home is right for them at this time, this may change in the future, but the successful candidates needs to bear in mind that this is working from the office Monday to Friday from the office. 9-6pm.
