Senior Property Manager
Senior Property Manager - Surrey/Hampshire - Hybrid - £55k
We’re working with a reputable, independent managing agent which oversees an exclusively RMC portfolio across Surrey and Hampshire.
As a result of growth through referral and recommendation, they are now looking to hire a Senior Property Manager as follows:
- Working part home, part office based (2 days from home, 1 day out on site, reporting in to a Fleet office base twice per week - suitable applicants will need to live within commuting range for office days)
- Alongside the director, overseeing key local clients / blocks, all in excellent order with knowledgeable and cooperative directors and excellent reserves
- In addition to visiting potential clients and onboarding those keen to move over, undertaking the full range of block management tasks, from budgets to insurance and major works, with a focus on regular site inspections/visibility and customer service
- Providing technical guidance and leadership to junior property managers and support staff
- IRPM/RICS supported in post for those not already qualified
- Independent practice with a quality approach and inclusive mindset - you will feel part of a long retained, vibrant and friendly team
Suitable Senior Property Manager candidates will come from a stable career background, have at least 5 years dedicated block management experience and wish to progress their careers in an independent setting.
Remuneration for the successful Senior Property Manager will start around £55k (depending on experience and qualification) with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
