Our client, a well-respected independent Estate Agency is currently seeking an Assistant Manager for their Property Management department in the Chelmsford area

This role will be varied dealing with Property Management, Branch Administration and dealing with renewals.

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be offered:

  • A basic salary of up to £30,000
  • Realistic OTE of up to £33,000
  • Hybrid working
  • 5 day working week
  • Ongoing training and support where needed

As a Senior Property Manager, your role will involve:

  • Supporting the Property Managers where needed
  • Being “hands-on” working across all departments within Property Management
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
  • General branch administration duties
  • Managing a smaller portfolio whilst undertaking additional duties

The successful, Senior Property Manager will have:

  • Relevant industry qualifications such as ARLA
  • Effective communication skills both orally and in written format.
  • A confident, outgoing enthusiastic attitude and professional approach.
  • Well organised, with the ability to prioritise the most urgent jobs amongst a busy workload.
  • IT proficient, familiar with most standard MS Office packages.
  • Proven track record within Property Management is essential
  • Must live local to Chelmsford
