Senior Python Developer - Containerisation/Commodities sought by leading investment bank based in Canary Wharf.

**Inside IR35 - 3 days a week onsite**

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop server side solutions within the Commodities Pricing and Order Management platform
  • Be part of a team of UI and server side developers to implement solutions based on front office business needs
  • Work closely with various partners from sales, trading, quants, and other technology teams in a fast-paced changing environment

Technical Knowledge/Experience:

  • Expert in developing Python application on a container orchestration environment
  • Experience with building and maintaining robust and scalable platforms with strong unit and regression test coverage
  • Docker / Kubernetes / Openshift or other container orchestration solutions
  • Fast API / Django / Flask / Pyramid
  • Solace / Web Sockets / Kafka / Tibco / Rabbit MQ

Nice To Have:

  • C#
  • MongoDB
  • Grafana / ELK
  • Swagger
