Due to continued growth and the securing of major contracts, my exclusive client is recruiting for a Senior Quality Inspector that they can train and develop into a Test & Inspection Manager.

You will be responsible for the testing and inspection of cable assemblies, for a genuine market leader, that supplies into the Aerospace, Automotive, Marine and Medical sectors to name a few.

This role would suit a motivated engineer, looking for first class industry training that will see them progress quickly into a senior leadership role.

The Candidate:

* Previous experience in Test & Inspection for a manufacturing / production company
* Must be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities
* Must live a commutable distance from Silverstone

The Role:

* Testing and inspecting bespoke products for the Aerospace, Automotive, Marine and Medical sectors
* Senior inspector being developed into the Test & Inspection Manager
* Working for an 'investors of people' company with an exceptional in house training team
