Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge?

You will be working for a Cost Consultancy seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead be the commercial, delivering a high-value apartment scheme in Birmingham. The company specialise in high spec residential urban living, commercial, leisure and fit-out.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the project, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard. You will have the option of working remotely visitng sites 1-2 times a week.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the commercial aspects of the project, providing accurate and timely reports on its financial performance, overseeing the procurement process, including tendering and contract negotiation, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
