Title: Snr Quantity Surveyor - M&E

Contract: Permanent

Location: East Sussex

Salary: Up to £90k + Salary & Package

The client:

My client, a well respected and nationally recognised contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide additional support on a project in East Sussex

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing bills of quantities & schedules of works for pricing
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure the budget requirements are met
  • Securing the overall successful financial delivery of mechanical and electrical projects
  • Follow up monthly valuations to make sure that payments are received on time
  • Prepare on-time monthly valuations following work-in-progress reviews

What is expected from you:

  • Previous experience working within the M&E Sector on a variety of projects ideally with packages in excess of £20M
  • IT literate with experience working with MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
  • Degree qualified or relevant industry experience
