This company is a major tier 1 house builder in the UK with an established reputation and order book in the local area.
Your new role

  • Looking after minimum of 2 and maximum of 3 sites in North Fife & Dundee.
  • Hybrid working model on offer (maximum of 2 days per week at home/3 days in office and/or on site)
  • You will be a team player and willing to collaborate with wider colleagues.
  • You must be able to hit the ground running.
  • Previous experience in housebuilding is ideal, but not mandatory.
  • Roles/responsibilities include but not limited to dealing with tendering, tendering analysis, appointments, contracts, running of projects, dealing with payments, cost reporting, compound budgets & show home budgets.


What you'll need to succeed

  • A degree in quantity surveying or qualified by experience.
  • Previous experience using COINS software.
  • Previous track record of delivering projects successfully.
