A national, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy that focuses on personal and career development, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working across a variety of different projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining the London office and working alongside the QS Director on several pre contract and cost planning roles for public sector projects - residential, education, and healthcare.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS would be desirable, but at lease degree qualified (RICS)
  • A Cost Management / Consultancy work history
  • Experience of delivering projects from feasibility studies, through to cost planning, and final accounts
  • JCT and/or NEC contract experience
  • Experience of working across different sectors
