Senior Quantity Surveyor
A Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working under their own steam, and would be eager to the focal point of their London office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
Reporting into the Directors, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a leading role as a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent on a large housing scheme that covers London, Greater London, and Kent.
Once the new Senior Quantity Surveyor settles in, the practice are keen to build a team around them. Thus, allowing for progression towards Associate and Director level.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS, or hold a Construction related degree
- 7+ years, Quantity Surveying or Employers Agent experience
- Experience of working for a Construction Consultancy or Cost Management practice
- Pre and post contract experience
- Good communication skills
- Driving licence (MUST)
- Public sector, residential experience would be preferred
