Senior Quantity Surveyor
The Director of a Surrey based Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Managing Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable managing and overseeing a small number of quantity surveyors.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in the Epsom office and working on some major public sector projects across the blue light, education, and residential sectors.
Outside of being the lead Quantity Surveyor on projects, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also be hands-on with managing clients and junior quantity surveyors within the team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS, or hold a Quantity Surveying degree
- Public sector, project experience would be preferably
- Previous experience as a Project or Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Experience of, or eager to manage other quantity surveyors
- Client facing
- Pre and post cost management experience
- Driving licence
