An ambitious, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking to increase their Quantity Surveying service by bringing in a well-rounded Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based from the consultancy's Cannon Street office where you will be working alongside an Associate Director on a range of residential and retrofit (refurbishment and maintenance) projects.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will do a lot of front-end quantity surveying (including cost planning), as well as some employers agent work.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a construction related degree (ideally RICS accredited)
  • PQS / Construction Consultancy background
  • Residential project experience
  • Strong cost planning, pre contract knowledge
