A unique and innovative construction consultancy are seeking a technically astute, Senior Quantity Surveyor for their South London / Kent office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be play a leading role on projects (pre and post contract), as well as becoming a key client contact.

Project wise, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall work across a variety of projects from residential (refurbishment and new builds), healthcare, blue light, and community buildings.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS or working towards
  • Public sector project experience
  • 6+ years experience within a consultancy / PQS practice
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • Client facing
