Highly established cost consultancy with an exceptionally strong presence in the public sector and affordable housing sector.

They're an established, friendly and very well placed business with a strong position for growth over the next couple of years with this role that is aimed to develop into an Associate role.

They’re now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate Designate to join them who:

• is autonomous and has strong cost planning / cost management
• has experience delivering affordable housing projects and is comfortable liaising with clients directly as well and reviewing main contractor tender submissions

This role will suit someone who:

• is experienced working consultancy side within the affordable housing sector
• has experience as an SQS overseeing JCT D&B contracts and PCSA agreements
