A chartered quantity surveying consultancy with a vast range of career opportunities, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a passion, or interest in working across a myriad of iconic sports and leisure venues.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining the consultancy's expanding sports, leisure, and hospitality cost management team who are currently involved in several masterplans for high profile clients within this sector.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also be working on existing sport projects where you will be responsible for managing design team meetings, preparing feasibility studies, cost planning, inputting into value engineering, and deal with the post contract process.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying / Construction degree
  • MRICS or working towards
  • Minimum of 5 years quantity surveying experience
  • JCT contract experience
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects
  • Good pre and post cost management experience
