Senior Quantity Surveyor

A prestigious UK-based construction company, known for delivering high-quality construction projects across various sectors, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) to join their ground-breaking £100m new build private property project in Henley-on-Thames.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) will join a dynamic commercial team of six people, serving as the number two on site and reporting directly to the Managing Quantity Surveyor. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in high-value, traditional fit-out projects. The SQS will be instrumental in managing costs, contracts, and procurement processes, ensuring the project remains on budget and on schedule.

• Significant experience working on similar high-value fit-out projects.
• A proven track record and longevity in previous roles.
• Strong understanding of cost management and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
