Senior Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning, multidisciplinary Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor, eager to progress to Associate, to their Bristol office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

Step into a dynamic, close-knit team of 12 and immerse yourself in exciting projects across Commercial, Education, Health, Heritage & Conservation, Hotel, Industrial, Residential, Sport, Leisure & Retail sectors. With a plethora of thrilling schemes on the horizon, your expertise will be invaluable.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage projects from inception to completion, mentor junior team members, and work closely with Directors. This role offers a clear, tailored progression path towards Associate Director and beyond.

The hands-on nature of this role provides unparalleled opportunities for career growth. With the support and guidance of the Partners, you'll transition into project delivery, line management, and business development.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• A strong Quantity Surveying background within a UK Consultancy
• Client facing & Excellent Communication Skills
• Ambitious with the desire to progress to Associate
