An international cost management consultancy are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with an MEP/M&E quantity surveying background as they strengthen their London, MEP team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a close knit, talented MEP Quantity Surveying team who are currently working several high profile, London based fit out and refurbishment projects

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on multiple projects, delivering a full MEP approach, pre and post contract including elemental cost planning, cost estimates, valuations etc.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • MEP / M&E background
  • MRICS or similar
  • Able to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent pre contract knowledge
  • PQS / Cost Consultancy background
  • Client facing
