An established, close knit Quantity Surveying consultancy in London are seeking a client facing, and technically astute Senior Quantity Surveyor as they win more and more work.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a small, passionate, and driven Quantity Surveying team, with whom you will work on multiple projects at any given time, from start to completion, as well as touching upon the M&E elements.

Project wise, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working on some extremely meaningful healthcare projects, as well as several higher education schemes - all usually valuing around the £5m mark.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Comfortable working in a small team and managing multiple projects
  • High education and/or healthcare experience would be a plus
  • Confident with clients
  • Good technical knowledge - pre and post contract
  • An understanding of M&E, or willingness to learn
  • PQS / Consultancy background
