A tier 1 main contracting business has reached out to Hays for their assistance in the search for 2 Senior Quantity Surveyors in Essex.

One of the projects is working on a £6m school job and the other is a £40m new build community diagnostics centre for the NHS. Both of these positions require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to have the relevant experience in quantity surveying and have excellent construction knowledge.

The desirable candidate will also demonstrate a good understanding of commercial projects, such as previous experience working on projects that involve schools, centres, hospitals, restaurants etc. Furthermore, having a build/new build experience would be ideal. The client has also said that they will be interested in people from a tier 1 background, which is essential as the client is a tier 1 main contracting business with a good reputation and an excellent company pipeline of job flow.

The client is looking to interviewing asap and is interested in seeing CV's immediately for this position.
