The Company:
Are you an Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role/challenge?
Our client are a fledgling Main Contractor with a regional office located along he M40 corridor. They currently enjoy a turnover of £60million and operate within 2 key sectors; Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.
Project values range from up to £20 million with schemes being procured on both a negotiated and competitive basis.
You will be office based visiting site and work closely with the Commercial Team on a day to day basis.

About You:
• Previous experience as an Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within commutable distance of Northamptonshire.
• Previous experience in leading a project with a contract value of £10m plus
• Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
