Salary: £30- £45 k DOE + Commission

Location: Haywards Heath

Hours: Mon-Fri Flexible working hours

OTE 50% of Net fees level.

You will be an experienced consultant with a demonstrated track record within business development, you will have worked at a senior level within a specialist, defined sector, with a consultive approach. You will be adept at liaising with decision makers at a senior level and delivering an exceptional to candidates and clients alike.

Responsibilities:

• Headhunting, attracting relevant talent that relates to your specialism.
• Headhunting and interviewing candidates.
• Able to attract talent at a senior level through new & existing relationships as well as referrals.
• Attract potential clients / talent via digital platforms.
• Ability to negotiate effectively.
• Attending network functions relating to your defined specialism.
• Negotiating terms of business.
• Formatting CV’s, fact finding and sending out speculative CV’s.
• Managing your mini enterprise and making it your own business within a business.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

• Proven 360-degree recruitment background.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Tenacious, self-motivated and result orientated.
• Great IT skills inclusive of Microsoft packages and using inhouse CRM systems and portals.
• Enjoys working in a busy and focused team.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline.
