Recruitment Consultant - IT Sales / Marketing / HR / Commercial
Location: Cardiff City Centre
Working Model: Hybrid with On-site Parking
Salary: Up to £40,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (20-40%)

The Role:
You’ll be joining a warm desk with a healthy pipeline of roles, as well as the opportunity to build out your own client base. The focus is on quality recruitment within the IT sales and commercial space, but backgrounds from other sectors are also welcome.

Who we’re looking for:

• Experienced 360 recruiter (sector background open)

• Confident in business development and client management

• Driven, proactive and commercially-minded

• Knowledge of IT Sales / Commercial recruitment is a plus but not essential
