About the Role:

As a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from identifying new business opportunities to delivering outstanding recruitment outcomes. You’ll have the autonomy to build your portfolio while leveraging our brand reputation and industry connections to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the mining, resources, renewables, and heavy industry sectors.
• Build strong client relationships, understanding workforce requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and placing top talent.
• Develop and maintain a robust candidate network to ensure a pipeline of skilled professionals.
• Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to achieve business objectives.
