SENIOR RESEARCH DIRECTOR

SURREY - HYBRID WORKING

SALARY - COMPETITIVE

Harnham is working with a growing Surrey-based agency, specialising in pet nutrition research, on a Senior Research Director position.

THE ROLE:

The Senior Research Director will have the following responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Lead the customer insights team, including coach and career development, including team members from Entry level to Director
  • Direct business growth from current as well as new accounts in the pet nutrition space
  • Oversee and provide input into proposal writing, pricing of projects, and translating complex client questions into research designs and a complete portfolio of customer insights methods
  • Create impactful reports and outstanding project executive summaries
  • Keep in touch with pet food industry trends

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The Senior Research Director will have the following skills and experience ideally:

  • Significant experience in Customer Insights Market Research, on agency side
  • Significant people management experience, managing junior, mid-level and senior staff
  • Strong expertise in quantitative market research, along with good exposure to qualitative market research.
  • Experience working with animal health, pet food and veterinary industries is a must have
  • Strong and effective communication skills
  • Motivates and inspires confidence in the team and leads by example
