Senior Research Manager
£50,000 | Southwark (2 days a week in office)

Join a fast-growing, insight-led communications agency that's driving impact across science, technology, and healthcare. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Research Manager to hit the ground running within a collaborative and high-performing insights team.

About the Role:
As a Senior Research Manager, you'll lead mixed-method research projects end-to-end-from brief through to analysis and delivery-primarily in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space. You'll be client-facing from day one, managing multiple projects while collaborating closely with a wider team that includes data science experts. You'll play a key role in delivering meaningful insights that influence strategic decisions for leading global clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and managing qual and quant research projects

• Presenting insights to senior stakeholders and clients

• Supporting proposal writing and contributing to pitches

• Partnering with the in-house data science team on advanced analytics projects

• Working with top-tier clients in pharma and healthcare

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years' experience in market research (healthcare/pharma focus strongly preferred)

• Strong background in mixed methods research

• Awareness of data science approaches (segmentation, regression modelling, predictive analytics, etc.)

• Confident communicator with strong presentation and client management skills

• Experience in proposal writing and project operations
