BRAND NEW RATES OF PAY!! £14.54 Per Hour!! £35,000 per year

Pay

£14.54 an hour (£35,000 per year salary inc sleep ins)

On Call payments also made at an additional rate of £40 per day.

The Forge is a Therapeutic Community working with children who have experienced trauma in their lives. Based in Nuneaton

We are looking for a naturally caring individual who is dedicated to helping young people and children in need to join our team of care superheroes at The Forge in Nuneaton as aSenior Residential Care Worker.

The Forge is a Therapeutic Community working with children who have experienced trauma in their lives.

This role involves working SLEEP-INS on a rota basis, you must be fully flexible to meet the needs of the children we care for.

A full UK driving license is also essential.

Requirements:

· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in children residential care or similar experience is necessary for this role.

· A level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent is essential for this role.

· Full UK driving license

· Aged 21 or over

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis

We invest in all of our employees, and we will provide a full programme of mandatory training for the role as part of an induction and then further bespoke training.
