Senior Residential Support Worker - Children & Young People
Location: Salford, M6
Pay: up to £14.30 per hour + overtime rate
Hours: 42.5 per week + 8 Sleeps per month

Our Client is based in the Salford area of Greater Manchester area and they have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Residential Support Worker at one of their Residential Children's Homes.

This service provides a caring, stable and nurturing home, in an informal atmosphere, catering for the needs of young people from 11 to 17 years of age on admittance. In consultation with local authorities, our client provides medium to long-term residential care for young people with challenging behaviour, complex needs, and children on the periphery of offending.

They are looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker to join an already established team. They can offer a competitive salary, career and training development and fantastic working conditions.

Candidates must possess:
* Minimum of Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
* Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker in a residential children's home, specialising in EBD and young people with complex welfare histories
* Experience of working with young people in a residential setting.
* Experience of supervising a team.
* Full UK driving license - willing to use own car as required (required business insurance pre induction shifts) and ability to drive minibus where applicable
