The Opportunity: The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their esteemed team. This role involves managing a diverse and complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters. While primarily office-based in St Albans, the position offers some flexibility with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a varied and complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Providing high-quality legal advice and services to clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development and success of the firm.
Candidate Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in handling residential conveyancing matters.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team is desirable.
