A well-regarded and long-standing law firm in Skipton is seeking a skilled senior Residential Conveyancer to join their supportive and experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancer with 5+ years’ experience who is looking to work alongside a respected Head of Department on a varied and high-quality caseload.

The Role:

You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership and Help to Buy schemes
  • Title checks, searches, and drafting contracts
  • Liaising with clients, agents, and lenders

The role requires someone confident in managing a busy caseload independently, with strong organisational and communication skills. You'll play a key part in maintaining the firm’s excellent reputation for client service and efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
  • Confident managing transactions from start to finish
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage deadlines
  • A proactive team player with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
