Role: Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Level: 5yr+ PQE

Salary: Competitive (£38,000-£50,000)

About the firm:

We are pleased to be working with an established law firm in Derby, committed to excellence and client satisfaction. Their vibrant team thrives on delivering exceptional legal services to clients. As part of the firm's growth, they are seeking a talented Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join.

Responsibilities:

*Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, requisitions, and lease extensions.
*Handle complex transactions and assist the senior partner with complex issues and matters.
*Provide expert advice to clients, ensuring smooth and efficient property transactions.
*Collaborate with other solicitors and support staff as necessary.

Requirements:

*Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
*Proven experience dealing with residential files with complex elements.
*Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
*This senior position comes with the possibility of progression to associate partner and possibly full partnership.
