Frazer Jones is delighted to work with a Financial Services Institution in Edinburgh to recruit a Senior Reward Manager focussing on executive compensation.

Reporting to the Head of Reward you will manage a team of four responsible for full lifecycle remuneration activities for an executive population of c.350. You will act as a change agent, driving innovation, automation remuneration policy and process change. Key responsibilities include:

* development of the strategy and approach for Executive Reward, alongside policy frameworks
* ensuring processes and design comply with regulatory and legislative requirements
* leading a team of four Executive reward specialists
* planning and delivering the annual reward and bonus cycle
* continuous support to the Executive population with queries
* external benchmarking
* reporting and risk requirements

With Senior Reward Management experience, preferable in executive compensation, you are likely to have developed within a Financial/Professional Services or Consultancy environment. Able to work within a complex matrixed environment, you will be able to deliver at pace, using your senior stakeholder experience and Executive Reward knowledge to drive innovation, improve colleague journeys and balance competing requirements. With a track record of translating complex business requirements you will be able to demonstrate having led and designed a clear and innovative Executive Reward strategy.

The company has a good hybrid working policy with typically two days/week in their central Bristol office and with occasional travel to other UK locations including London. They offer fantastic career progression and development within a large HR team.
