Job Title: Roofing Supervisor
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Location: Greater London

As a Flat Roofing Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee and manage the quality and health & safety (H&S) aspects of flat roofing projects.
- Ensure efficient delivery of commercial roofing projects.

Experience: Proficient in installing flat roofing systems with a strong grasp of H&S requirements.
Drive: Motivated to advance within the construction sector.
Our client offers comprehensive training and development to help you move from on-site work to management roles. The role will gradually evolve into a full contracts management position, contingent on the successful completion of a structured development plan.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Felt, Liquid, & Single Ply roofing systems, showcasing high-quality work with various manufacturers.
- Proven track record in team management on-site.
- Excellent knowledge and implementation of site Health & Safety.
- Valid driving license.
- Ambitious and eager to progress into project management.
- Proficient in IT and various computer systems.
- Well-presented with excellent interpersonal skills.
