Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, guiding them through the property investment journey.
  • Manage warm, inbound leads and proactively engage with clients, offering expert advice.
  • Provide consultative guidance on the best property investment opportunities tailored to client goals.
  • Support clients in building and managing their property portfolios.
  • Deliver strategic insights and personalised recommendations to meet client needs.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and track progress using Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with a high-achieving team in a supportive and rewarding environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A desire to break into the property investment market.
  • Consultative approach with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients.
  • Proven success in a sales-focused role, utilising both telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems is advantageous.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and keen to achieve results.
  • Professional, polished, and well-presented demeanor.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Open to feedback and dedicated to continuous improvement.
