Senior Sales Executive

Book a Builder UK are looking for dynamic, tenacious and passionate sales executives to join our successful sales team, this is an amazing opportunity to work within our exciting and growing business.

As a sales representative, you’ll be the first point of contact to our traders during their initial joining stage. You will be at the heart of ensuring that we deliver a first- class and consistent customer experience.

You’ll discuss our levels of membership and provide the right solution for them based on their individual needs, converting their accounts into paid memberships.

We are looking for candidates that have vast sales experience within an office enviroment working over the p hone with customers, we’re looking for aspirational people who can make us better with their unique experiences.

The role comes with a combination of a guaranteed salary and an uncapped commission scheme.

Typically, Sales Executives earn £40k OTE in their first year, and our top performers can earn more than £60k OTE.

Sales Executive key responsibilities:

• Converting warm leads into sales through a direct sales approach (outbound calls)
• Building a portfolio ofl ong-term relationships with you rcustomers
• Check that the details provided are accurate and tailored to thecustomer’s specific needs

• Creating your own salesopportunities,presenting the key features and benefits of Book a Builder UK membership
• Meeting own and contributing towards the team’s KPI’s

About You:

• Previous experience in sales is esential
• Passion for sales
• Professional and customer service focused attitude
• Self-motivated and able to manage own work load
• Great communicationskills
• Able to thrive under pressure
• Available to work full time at our Rochford office, Monday-Friday (9am-5pm
