Location: Tottenham

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000, £40,000 - £50,000

Drivers Licence required - Pool car available

Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 76pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm - 5 day week

We are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join our client in Tottenham.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned negotiator to join a highly sought-after Estate Agent taking on a senior role in a successful office. Along with your wealth of knowledge and experience you will have a flair for sales and the ability to build a real rapport with people.

As a Senior Negotiator/ Valuer you will source and see business through to completion, you will be a quick learner and naturally a people person. You will be ambitious and looking to progress with your career with a leading Estate Agency

What you will be doing most days:

• Sourcing new business and seeing business through tocompletion
• Organising and attending valuations
• Working to financial, individual and teamtargets
• Increasing the companyturnover
• Opening and developing professional relationships with clients andcolleagues
• Canvassing andmarketing
• Completing necessary paperwork to finalisedeals
• Negotiatingterms

About you:

• Ambitious individual

• Excellent salesability
• Self -motivating
• A full, valid UK or EU driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for therole
• Experience in Sales and/orRetail
• Additionallanguages
