You've got to be a team player, care about customer service, and able to communicate effectively and efficiently with Vendors and Buyers both verbally and written.

Whether you've done a little bit of valueing xp, or are seasoned, my client is looking for you.

The Client

This multi-branched independent estate agency in West Bracknell packs a punch when delivering excellent customer service and results across sales, lettings and property management.

They value their team members and will provide ample training and onboarding to get you up and running, as well as continuous on-the-job training for you to become better and better at what you do.

They also perform extremely well with stock, and career progression.

What to expect

• Accurately value properties
• Increase market share
• Update sales team on your up and coming properties
• Vet and register new applicants
• Organise and conduct viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Help the sales team where needed

Package

• Mid £20k's basic and £50k OTE
• Car allowance included (your own car is necessary)
• Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays
• Free parking
• 20 days plus bank holidays
