Position Available: Senior Sales Negotiator.

Our esteemed estate agency clients, located in the thriving Cheam area, seek a proficient and seasoned Senior Sales Negotiator to become an integral part of their team.

Qualifications:

·Minimum two years experience in the industry.

·Residency in the local area.

·Proficiency in computer operations, including MS Office and estate agency software systems.

·Ownership of a car.

·Professional, articulate, with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

·Registering and attending to applicant needs.

·Conducting and executing sales valuations.

·Scheduling and conducting property viewings.

·Negotiating sales among involved parties.

·Liaising with third parties.

·Handling administrative tasks.

·Drafting property details.

·Supporting day-to-day operations of the team.

Work Schedule:

·Full-time, five-day week including Saturdays.

·Day shift schedule.

Additional Details: ·Competitive pay structure.

·Candidates must reliably commute to Sutton or plan to relocate before starting work.

·Required experience:

Minimum one year as an Estate Agency Senior Sales Negotiator.

·Mandatory possession of a valid Driving Licence and own car.

·On-site work location.
