Senior Sales Negotiator

Senior Sales Neg: Basic of £25-30k + £200 p/m car allowance, OTE £40-60k+ - it's what you make of it!

Location: Muswell Hill/Crouch End

Commission: Yes, on a sliding scale (details provided during the interview)

Bonuses: Additional bonuses available (details provided during the interview)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Negotiator to my client’s team. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven, and hungry for success. You must have a proven track record of winning stock and bringing properties to market. This is a chance to work with an esteemed Manager who also trains estate agents as a second job. If you think you're good...he'll make you BETTER. Amazing opportunity to sell luxury properties, valued on average at £1.2mil!

This role offers the opportunity for rapid promotion to Sales/Branch Manager, based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Secure new property instructions and listings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team.

Must have :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within real estate
  • Proven ability to win stock and bring it to the market
  • Lives within a 7-mile radius of Crouch End, East Finchley, or Muswell Hill.
  • Must own a car.
  • Ambitious, driven, and hungry for success.

Additional Information: We are looking for candidates who are committed and have a stable career history. This role is not suitable for those who frequently change agencies.
