Impression Recruitment are currently working on a brand-new opportunity for an award-winning property business. We are seeking a SeniorSales Negotiator at one of the companies brand new offices in Yarm. This is a great time to join an ever-growing business with further aspirations and would suit a driven individual with a determination to succeed.

Duties as a Senior Sales Negotiator:
  • Booking in valuations and scheduling appointments
  • Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
  • Gaining new business
  • Supporting and guiding more junior members of the team
  • Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
  • Registering Applicants and attending viewings
  • All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted
  • Sales progression and building relationships
  • Handling property information and the advertising process
  • Handling queries and meeting deadlines
  • Updating systems
What we are looking for:
  • Experience in property (essential)
  • Experience carrying out valuations
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • A driven individual with a desire to learn
  • Strong IT skills, with an experience working with CRM’s
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Strong customer service skills on all levels
  • Must have a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
To be successful as a Senior Sales Negotiator you will be an organised individual and well presented. In return you will receive a Salary between £23,500 - £25,000 per annum, plus an uncapped commission scheme with a realistic OTE taking you up to £50,000 plus benefits, working 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday
