Responsive Personnel are excited to once again be recruiting for one of our clients, this time for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator for their busy Swindon office.

Job Description

Main tasks:

  • Generate market appraisals, developing new business and handling own portfolio of clients to achieve and exceed agreed targets
  • Prepare mail out and talking to prospective purchasers at the beginning of marketing of a new property
  • Arranging and attending viewing appointments
  • Maintain strong, effective relationships and communication with vendors and applicants
  • Consistently maintain a high standard of record keeping ensuring accuracy in file management and compliance
  • Negotiating offers
  • Contribute to general running and profitability of the sales department

About you:

You will be an experienced Sales Negotiator with an in-depth knowledge of the local market

  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Hours:

Monday to Friday

08:30 - 18:00

Saturday (1 in 3)

09:00 - 15:00

£27000 - OTE - £50000 - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression
