Senior Sales Negotiator
A market-leading Estate Agency in London is recruiting for a skilled Senior Sales Negotiator for their office in Chelsea. You’ll be part of a professional, positive, and ambitious team and will have a real opportunity to shine in a great business.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join an ambitious and market-leading Estate Agency, you will be part of an office which is growing its market share and, therefore, needs someone who is motivated, dynamic, and career/financially driven.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Negotiator:
- Meeting and registering new clients.
- Maintaining regular contact with vendors and purchase
- Achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Working closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities.
As Senior Sales Negotiator, you will receive the following:
- £22,000 Basic
- Company Car or Car Allowance
- Generous Guarantee
- £60,000 OTE
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships.
- Confident and articulate
- Be adaptable and work under pressure.
- Team player
