Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, both buyers and sellers.
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Handling offers, negotiations, and closing sales in a timely and professional manner.
- Keeping up to date with local market trends and property values.
- Managing property listings, marketing campaigns, and ensuring the best exposure for each property.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process.
- At least 18 months experience as a high performing Sales Negotiator in London.
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Chelsea property market is advantageous.
- A proactive and positive approach with a passion for delivering great results.
