This is a senior coaching role for an experienced sales trainer. You will be key to developing a team of business development managers and sales executives to perform at their very best and promote the growth of this dynamic SaaS business.
The Person:
- Experience of coaching and training in a B2B sales environment (large team sales floor / call centre)
- Ability to help design and deliver a training plan that will help salespeople perform at their best
- Motivated - get stuck in, dynamic communicator and visible in a fast-paced role.
- Can develop training materials, content and resources to help sales teams achieve great success
The Role:
- You will provide initial and ongoing training and development across the sales floor to positively influence the results achieved by Graduate Lead Generators, Sales Consultants and Business Development Managers.
- You will be proactive in the development of materials, content and resources for the sales department, and utilise these to address training needs of both the individuals and the wider sales team.
