My client who is in the transport industry is looking for Service Desk Analyst to join the team on an initial 2-month assignment. details are as follows:

Role: Service Desk Analyst 

Day rate: up to £220pd INSIDE IR35 depending on experience

Duration: 2 months with possible extension

Location: Scarborough - 2/3 days a week onsite, the rest WFH. This will not fully remote.

Requirements:

  • You will be responsible for providing IT support to staff, as well as completing IT maintenance and other support tasks.
  •  Strong organisational skills
  • Microsoft Office Troubleshooting
  • Windows 10/11 Troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer Service Experience
  • ServiceNow or equivalent tool experience
  • AD
  • Experience providing 1st/2nd Line Support
