Job Title: Senior Site Manager

Location: South West

Start Date: 15th July

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

My client is a leading firm specializing in hospitality and retail fit-outs. Currently, we are engaged in major projects with Tier 1 companies, with a strong pipeline of work.

Job Description:
I am seeking a Senior Site Manager to join the team in July. This role is pivotal in preparing for the new workstream. This position requires strong leadership, client-facing skills, and a comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee site operations for hospitality and retail fit-out projects.
Lead teams effectively, ensuring high standards of work and adherence to health and safety protocols.
Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring their expectations are met.
Plan and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
Provide support for current projects, with a focus on forward planning for the next few months.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager
Strong leadership and client-facing skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Hospitality fit-out experience is essential; retail experience is beneficial.
Willingness to travel as required.
