Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to work within Havering Councils Assessment Team.

Job Purpose

Havering are looking for 2 Advanced Practitioners in the assessment team. You will be joining one of the 4 teams who rotate on duty every 4 weeks taking on all the referral assessments from the MASH and the front door Teams are 6 social workers, 2 x APs and a TM.

They have a stable staff group in the service the work is busy with great team working. On duty staff are in all week, off duty you are expected to work from home no more than 2 days per week - but there is a lot of flexibility/autonomy - with the focus on getting the work done APs supervise one or two staff and deputies for the TM.

You will also have access to our systemic training offer and development pathway, as we aim to ensure our Face to Face model of practice is embedded by everyone in the service. Working location and arrangements (if not working from home): Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3AR Our main Town Hall campus benefits from excellent transport links via car or public transport. Our offices are located centrally in Romford, only 18 minutes from London Liverpool Street Station and easily accessible via the M25, A12, A406 and A127.

You will need to be:
